چکیده

Because of their low expense and ease rapid deployment, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are frequently applied in wireless networks. Although the channel is able to broadcast, legitimate communications between UAVs ground nodes incredibly susceptible severe security threats, such as malicious jamming eavesdropping. Compared with traditional line-of-sight (LC) model, probabilistic LC (PrLC) model can better describe practical conditions UAV-to-ground transmission city areas. Therefore, this paper considers UAV-enabled networks under PrLC complex environments. Specifically, when UAV transmits classified messages nodes, multiple active eavesdroppers simultaneously eavesdrop on transmitted confidential information interfere signal limit legal transmission. We jointly optimize communication connection, three-dimensional (3D) trajectory, transmit power increase average secrecy rate for worst condition. problem non-convex, best solution formidable get, designs an iterative algorithm use successive convex approximation (SCA) technique solve it. other benchmarks, our proposed algorithm, demonstrated by numerical results, effectively balance elevation angle-distance trade-off improve performance.

Security-reliability trade-off for cognitive radio networks in the presence of eavesdropping attack

In this paper, we consider a cognitive radio network that consists of one cognitive base station (CBS) and multiple cognitive users (CUs) in the presence of an eavesdropper. In the cognitive radio network, CBS first detects whether there is spectrum hole through spectrum sensing and then communicates with CUs over the detected spectrum hole. Due to the broadcast nature of wireless transmission,...

Prioritizing Resilience Enhancement Measures for Electric Distribution Networks Against Hurricanes

In recent years, climate change and increasing occurrence rate of high-impact rare (HR) natural events such as hurricanes have made it difficult to supply uninterrupted power to end-user customers. The extensive geographic area of electric distribution networks, as the last ring of the energy supply chain in power systems, has increased the vulnerability of these networks against natural events...

Reasoning about Secrecy for Active Networks

In this paper we develop a language of mobile agents called uPLAN for describing the capabilities of active (programmable) networks. We use a formal semantics for uPLAN to demonstrate how capabilities provided for programming the network can affect the potential flows of information between users. In particular, we formalize a concept of security against attacks on secrecy by an ‘outsider’ and ...

Secrecy Energy Efficiency Analysis of UAV-Enabled Communication Networks

Recent researches show that unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) can offer an efficient solution to achieve wireless connectivity with high mobility and low cost. This letter investigates the secrecy energy efficiency (SEE) in a multi-tier UAV-enabled communication network via a threshold-based access scheme and multi-antenna technique, where the UAV-enabled transmitters, legitimate receivers and eave...

Intelligent Interference Exploitation for Heterogeneous Cellular Networks against Eavesdropping

This paper explores the co-existence of a macro cell and a small cell for heterogeneous cellular networks, where a macro-cell base station (MBS) and small-cell base station (SBS) transmit to respective macro-cell user (MU) and smallcell user (SU) through their shared spectrum in the face of a common eavesdropper. We consider two spectrum sharing mechanisms, namely the overlay spectrum sharing (...
